Through this teleconsultation, patients can discuss their medical concerns and receive specialised advice from the comfort of their place of convenience.
To ensure the smooth facilitation of your teleconsultation experience, we advise you to prepare available medical reports and medical condition-related information prior to your scheduled appointment. Before the appointment, our friendly clinic nurse manager will contact you to assist with the orientation of the teleconsultation process, registration and payment.
At the start of the consultation, you will be required to verify your identity by showing either your NRIC or passport. You would also be required to disclose your current location to ensure that we can direct emergency services to you, if necessary.
Our Clinic Manager will perform initial triage and assess your condition prior to teleconsultation.
Upon successful registration, you will receive an email link to the online meeting.

Dr Vikram chose to specialise in endocrinology because he is passionate about how endocrine wellness is critical for vitality. With this in mind, he earned his post-graduate degree, becoming an endocrinologist accredited by Singapore’s Joint Committee on Specialist Training (JCST). He then did a prestigious fellowship at one of the world’s top clinics, the USA’s distinguished Mayo Clinic. This helped him to gain valuable in-depth knowledge about Clinical Thyroidology, Nodular Thyroid Disease, and Fine Needle Aspiration Biopsy of the thyroid.
